Add page elements to the dashboard

Add a text editor to the dashboard

Step 1: Select “Page elements” option to view all the element options under “Dashboards”.

Step 2: Select “Text editor” option from Page elements options.

Step 3: Add text in the text editor and alter your text with “bold” “italic” “underline”, “insert link”, “font-size” “font-colour” “font-family”, “bullet points” options.

Step 4: To save your text, click “Save”  button on the text editor header.

Edit the settings of your visualisation for sharing on social media

To edit the information that will accompany the element when sharing on social media (Facebook, Twitter, etc.), select the ‘Social’ tab.

Add a download container to the dashboard

Step 1: Select “Page elements” option to view all the element options under “Dashboards”.

Step 2: Select “download container” option from Page elements options.

Step 3: Click “edit”  to add data in your container.

Step 4: Add data from the left file tree.

Note: you can also delete your file using “Delete” button next to selected data.

To edit the information that will accompany the element when sharing on social media (Facebook, Twitter, etc.), select the ‘Social’ tab.

Step 6: Click “OK” and you can download the link created.

Add an image to the dashboard

Step 1: To add image in your library, click “upload files”.

Step 2: Click “Upload” and the images can be uploaded in your library based on the allowable limit.

Step 3: Select “Page elements” option to view all the element options under “Dashboards”.

Step 4: Select “Image” option from Page elements options.

Step 6: Click “File Picker” icon on the image header and you can view the images you have loaded in your library.

Step 7:  Select “Image” which you want to add in your dashboard.

To edit the information that will accompany the element when sharing on social media (Facebook, Twitter, etc.), select the ‘Social’ tab.

Embed a dashboard in the existing dashboard

Step 1: Select “Page elements” option to view all the element options under “Dashboards”.

Step 2: Select “embed dashboard” option from Page elements options.

Step 3: Click “enter public resource URL” in the container header and a popup will appear.

Step 4: Add Public URL of the container(dashboard) which is already created.
